We met during our sophomore year at Vanderbilt University through an economics study group our mutual friends put together, and they’ve been calling themselves our matchmakers ever since.

When we first met, Ally thought Jack was incredibly shy. It turns out he was actually being unusually talkative.

We studied abroad and lived together in Madrid, where our love of travel really began.

We’ve traveled to 17 countries across 4 continents together, and we’re just getting started.

One of our favorite adventures was driving Iceland’s entire Ring Road in one week, exploring waterfalls, glaciers, volcanoes, black sand beaches, and puffins along the way.

We got engaged in Koh Lanta, Thailand, on December 20, 2025.

Sushi is our favorite food, which made Japan an easy choice for our honeymoon.

We’re huge foodies, devoted Beli users, and love keeping track of every restaurant we try.

We love playing tennis together and have been to both the Madrid Open and the US Open. We’re hoping to make it to many more tournaments together.

We auditioned together for Vanderbilt’s Filipino dance group, Sayaw Sa Bangko, and performed a traditional Filipino couples dance on benches.

Every New York City subway ride turns into a GamePigeon Word Hunt and Anagrams competition.

We collect Smiskis and have somehow built quite the collection. We even met Smiski in real life!
